As a postgraduate student you will be busy! With classes, studies, research, and trying to squeeze in some social activities, your time can feel as though it’s zooming ahead. If you’re here for a one year Masters programme, it will fly by and if you’re here for a four year PhD it may seem that it will never end. Regardless of your academic path, you will need to look after yourself.
