Covid-19 Transport for Testing and Support

Covid-19 testing is now available on campus for UL students this weekend. Please see your student mail for the link to register for an appointment.

We are all well aware of the current situation in our community and we want to let you know of a service we have secured for anyone who needs to get to a Covid-19 testing centre. It has come to our attention that transport to Covid-19 testing centre is not available. Please see the attached poster for details on the service.

The Postgraduate Students’ Union is also concerned for any student who may find themselves in hospital who may not have a support system in Ireland. We are putting a team of individuals who are willing to be a contact for any student who finds themselves in hospital with Covid-19. They will have someone to talk to and connect with and hopefully not feel so alone, we will also be able to guide them to professional supports available through the University if necessary.

Dedicated Postgraduate Students’ Union

Although we are not on campus, we continue to support all postgraduates at the University of Limerick. That means we are here for all full-time and part-time postgrads from Certificate programmes, Higher Diplomas, Research and Taught Masters, and PhDs.

We offer support on the following but not limited to this list, please contact us on psu@ul.ie / postgradpresident@ul.ie or postgradvp@ul.ie if you have any questions, concerns or ideas for an event!

Thank you.

Kind regards,

The ULPSU Team
